Meet Coach MD Malone, from Mableton, GA. He has been training for 15 years and coaching for 12 years. Coach Malone started training and coaching in 2010. With a diverse background, he has demonstrated success in teaching, fitness, and sports performance training. He has trained and developed individuals at all levels, from elementary school to collegiate athletes. He ran collegiate track and field for Concordia College in Selma. He would attend Georgia State University, where he would receive 2 degrees in Bachelor Business Administration in Managerial Sciences and Finance in 2014 & 2015. Coach Malone would receive his Master's of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University in 2023. He recently received his sports social work certification from Tulane University.
Life circumstances and upbringing taught him how to be resilient, consistent, and disciplined. Coach Malone has dedicated most of his life to mentoring and developing athletes and people to be the best versions of themselves. He recognized that there are a lot of athletes who lack the proper resources and financial stability for training and camps. Additionally, they need the proper conditioning and techniques for their positions in their sports. He has mentored many athletes over the years and watched them excel in life, from graduating college to starting businesses and families. Coach Malone's motto is, "Once I coach you, you are stuck with me for life." He understands it takes a village to grow a child due to his community, coaches, and upbringing. Coach Malone is a trainer, certified life coach, certified sports psychology coach, and sports social worker.
Coach Malone has had the opportunity to work in the NFL as an equipment manager for the Atlanta Falcons. He's had close encounters with professional athletes and people dealing with mental health struggles at the highest levels. He is dedicated to helping athletes understand that they are people first and that it is okay to know that their mental health is important. He plans to continue his work with athletes and people to identify themselves and holistically heal from traumas in life.
